1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Order Not Started: If we have not started processing your order within 48-72 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the promised service within the estimated delivery time, you may request a partial or full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Order Completed: Once the service (Reviews, Followers, or Accounts) has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Account Misuse: We are not responsible if your accounts are banned or restricted due to misuse, spamming, or violating platform terms after delivery.
  • Third-Party Actions: If reviews are removed by the platform (Google, Trustpilot, etc.) after our guaranteed period (e.g., 30 days), a refund is not applicable. However, we offer a Refill Guarantee in such cases.
  • Change of Mind: No refunds are given if you simply change your mind after the work has started.

3. Review Replacement (Refill Guarantee)

For services like Google Reviews or Trustpilot Reviews, we provide a 30-day Replacement Guarantee. If any review is dropped within 30 days of delivery, we will refill it for free using our organic methods (Real devices/Residential proxies).

4. SEO Services

SEO is a long-term process. We do not offer refunds for On-Page, Off-Page, or Technical SEO once the work has been initiated and reports have been provided. Ranking results depend on search engine algorithms and cannot be guaranteed for a specific timeframe.
